How WideLoop handles the personal data you give us when you sign, pay and receive reports.

1.Who is responsible
Wide Loop Billboards Advertising LLC, licence 1507426, Onyx Tower 2, Office 1107, The Greens, Dubai, UAE. We decide why and how your data is processed, which makes us the controller under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
2.What we collect
Your company name and trade licence details; the name, position, phone number and email of the person signing; the signature you draw and the moment you draw it; the confirmation code we send you and the channel it went to; the file name of the payment confirmation you attach; and the messages you send us on WhatsApp.
3.Why we collect it
To prepare and sign the placement agreement, to issue the proforma and tax invoices, to file your creative for a Dubai Municipality permit, to run the campaign and report its delivery to you, and to answer your questions.
4.On what basis
Performing the agreement with you, complying with UAE tax and advertising law, and your consent for anything beyond that. Consent is not a condition of the agreement itself, and you can withdraw it at any time without losing the campaign you paid for.
5.Who else sees it
Dubai Municipality, when we file your creative for a permit; our bank, which sees the payment reference; our accountant and auditor; and the operator of the screen network, which receives the campaign schedule and no personal data at all. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you on behalf of anyone else.
6.How long we keep it
For the term of the agreement and five years afterwards, which is what UAE tax and commercial record-keeping requires. The signature, the confirmation code record and the audit certificate are kept for as long as the agreement can be disputed.
7.Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep, object to a particular use, or withdraw your consent. Write to us and we answer within 30 days.
8.Messages we send you
We message you about your own agreement, invoice and campaign. We add your number to anything else only if you asked for it, and the word STOP ends those messages immediately.
9.How these pages are protected
Signing, payment and report pages open only through the personal link we send you. They are not indexed by search engines and carry no advertising or third-party tracking.
